      Pros

      It is a decent place for entry-level employees to gain skills. Plan to move somewhere better after a couple of years though, because there's no potential for career advancement.

      Cons

      Unsafe working conditions. Laboratory equipment is outdated and is not maintained. The office space is a noisy, over crowded cube farm. There's no where to park if you arrive after 7:30 AM. No work/life balance at all. Training program is a mess and a waste of time. No career potential.

      The people and the ability to make drugs that change lives.

      Cons

      Pay discrepancy between men and women of same role Pay discrepancy between coworkers for similar roles Gaslight employees in regards to posted salary ranges versus what internal employees are allowed to make when transitioning into a role not compliant with CO employment law, offered salary cannot be below posted range but can be higher Not posting promotion opportunities not compliant with CO employment law Always employee surveys, but never improvement Had a safety week to save face, but didn't mention the employee that died (and that is why they had the safety week) Lack of improvement for GMP systems, always a reason to push it off and overwork employees by employing stop gap solutions while not compensating for increased effort
