There are a few talented people remaining who get the job done.

Cons

Resale in 5 years to make a profit is the main focus. Senior leadership looks to cut costs at the expense of employees. Expect to do the job of 2-3 people without appropriate compensation. Employees are overworked and under-recognized for their job functions. Mass exodus of talented people. Cordis culture has become toxic.

A huge undertaking of this magnitude takes time and does not happen overnight.
