      The People who do the work have talent.

      Cons

      New leadership is not exciting experienced and they do not care about their people or listen to them. This environment is turning into a very unhealthy place to work . I would wait to to work for this company.

      As Cordis transitions as a stand-alone organization, we realize there are areas of the company where process improvements are necessary to become the leader in the industry. A huge undertaking of this magnitude takes time and does not happen overnight. A focus of the new Cordis is product design and development and being up to date on the latest innovation and concept design within our industry. We understand true change starts with our culture and part of that culture is about positioning ourselves as the innovative leaders in our industry through more collaboration, empowerment, and the professional development of our teammates.

      Terrible company culture, leadership and HR

      Coworkers. The only thing good about this company.

      Leadership, completely disorganized, serious suspect decisions being made. But overall the leadership is the worst in the industry, hands down.
