      Good medical company to work

      Pros

      Good products and customer relations. Very focused on vascular indication. Marketing and Sales driven company. Relationship with customers is good.

      Cons

      Payment was ok not great. The development of people is poor. Company was not developing well in terms of product development. Many people joined and left the company.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn and be challenged to the extreme. You will feel like you are alone and have no support and being set up for failure, but management will say to you that they won't let you fail.

      Cons

      Low low pay and less than average benefits compared to the SF Bay Area Biotech industry. Work like a slave 10+ hours a day and weekends. Lack of resources, no support. Corporate management turns the other direction and acts surprised when 3-5 people leave every week or so. Ambitious goals but no plan how to get there other than burn everyone out to meet targets.

      Pros

      Really great hours, flexible and made mostly on my own time in accordance with the hospitals. Easy going management, understanding and clear communication.

      Cons

      heavy amount of travel and driving. Spent most of my days driving from place to place where the work done did not compare to the amount of time spent in the car.
