Pros

I was able to develop and gain knowledge. Good place to work, team work was present until the site closed.

Cons

Site closed down. Lots of people lost their jobs. The company tried to survived but wasn't able in the end.

Generally nice coworkers. Benefits as part of JNJ were nice. Very open to new ideas and concepts. Resources were relatively easy to come by for critical projects.

Cons

Too many down sizes and turnover is constant. A lot of questionable decisions made all across the board. Management not very open in explaining critical decisions they made.
