I worked at Cordis Puerto Rico for nine years and a total of fourteen years inside J&J and I am so proud of have been part of a company with the most high quality standards and engagement sense.

Cons

I don't have any negative thing to mention about this place. J&J (and in this case, Cordis specifically)gave us the necessary tools to be competitive and able to obtain a job in the industrial field , when he decided to close operations in Puerto Rico.

Pros

Indoor Gym and Cafeteria. Cordis is being purchased by Cardinal Health so hopefully this will change the culture and bring people and departments together.

Cons

No real growth within company. No new products. Very few managers who actually have management skills. Procedures lack synergy. People are more concerned with protecting themselves than getting the job done. Departments are not cohesive and this prevents projects from being completed in a timely manner.
