Pros

Great opportunity for personal career development. Compensation is very good and it is not hard to move within the company. The fellow workers seem to be helpful and understanding of the company's values.

Cons

The company seems to be reducing in size, and personnel. The job security is not very strong anymore. Communication is also sometimes a problem between the branches located in different parts.

Growth opportunities, very competitive pay. Great team of very professional engineers and scientists. Excellent local management team.

Cons

They closed Puerto Rico Operations as they bailed out from the coronary stent market. WOuld work for them in the future, given the opportunity.
