      Pros

      Not a lot of pros here. There is a good deal of talented technical people but if you're not getting any leads then what's the point. I learned that I never want to work for an organization like this ever again!

      Cons

      Sales model is straight out of the 80's, heavy handed and unrelenting. If you're paying someone a decent salary then treat them with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Someone said it earlier it is like working with a bunch of frat boys.

      Lack of transparency in communication from upper management Limited opportunities for career advancement or growth Workload can be overwhelming at times, leading to burnout Inconsistent implementation of policies and procedures Some challenges with work-life balance, especially during peak seasons or tight deadlines

      Whole place seems like a scam

      The pay could potentially prevent starvation

      Cons

      The entire operation is entirely ego driven. It has the feeling of a bunch frat boys playing company. It would be difficult to express the the rigid caste system in place. The company disgusts me on a daily basis. I look forward to quitting here as soon as possible.
