      Being a consultant firm there are opportunities to work on projects of different sizes and industries that allow you to grow and stretch yourself and your professional skillsets.

      Cons

      It feels very years of experience based for growth opportunities. Management feels disconnected from the actual skill sets and abilities of their employees and rather places people in roles based on years of experience
