      Pros

      Team that I worked with was pretty good. They taught me some newer technology in the microsoft bi stack.

      Cons

      I was remote so missed working in the office. Of course there was covid so no one was working in the office.

      Professional development funds. Remote work.

      Clueless leadership always trying to place blame on the lowest rungs of management that are treated as puppets and speakers for the idiotic ideas upper management comes up with. A former manager was sent to the hospital 3 times due to stress because upper management refuses to allow anyone to tell them no regardless of how stupid the idea is.
