      Not headed in the right direction

      Pros

      Some of the people you work with will be great. The insurance benefits are okay.

      Cons

      The management is clueless and they don’t take any of your concerns. I had several situations in which people didn’t get work done and it was always up to me to pickup the slack. They won’t remove anyone from a project or fire anyone. The pay is subpar compared to other places in the industry. You likely are joining this company because they bought your smaller company out. They consistently buy companies out and ruin the culture they had.

      Good intentions, needs better organization and execution

      Decent benefits, great effort for company culture, promotes work life balance, small company that's growing quickly

      Cons

      Small company that's growing quickly, too many chiefs, organizational consistency needs work, work life balance doesn't always happen.

      PMO Micromanagement Overkill

      Pros

      Ok pay and some skilled people in Cloud, Infra and Software.

      Cons

      The problem is Cloud and Infra Bluechip legacy employees are taking over with a mindset that uses PMP style short term off the shelf approches for software dev. They are pushing out anything innovative and agile for documentation PMO process overkill
