      Really strong benefits and Pay, Communication is Sparse

      Pros

      Great benefits - Unlimited FTO (and you're encouraging to take it!) Paid Medical Plan ($0 Premium option) Compensation - Fair / slightly above market average

      Cons

      Communication Direct Managers are great, HR and IT are great, but the director level and above have a hard time tracking and ensuring all project teams have the support they need.

      Pros

      Flexible Time Off Ability to work on many different types of projects

      Cons

      Benefits are abysmal, good only in case of disaster but you'll be paying a lot still Empty corporate words about how they "care" about employees Instability: seemingly changing hands at the top frequently Transformed from a national medium sized business to a multinational corporation that mostly sees employees as numbers
