      AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you prioritize your physical and mental health.

      Pros

      -Decent high-profile clientele/work -Semi-competitive pay but at the bottom of the "upper-third" of salaries in the market. -Some people who care, that were trying to make it work and were great to work with -A few really great operational processes/but many that have been broken over the years do the acquisitions. -Paul Lidsky clearly means well, and is a great CEO. Obviously, he has limited impact, but if he saw more of what was truly going on, it would be clear to him that more can definitely be done.

      Cons

      -Owned by a private equity firm (self-explanatory) -Any middle management in the MBU that came from BlueChip Consulting Group -Acquired 3 organizations in 2020 with great growth and profitability, in the same year/time that employees were not receiving 401k or bonuses "because of the pandemic" -Expected/Pressured delivery resources to bill >100% consistently and additionally put more effort on top of that for sales and any other work they ask you to do. -Promised many people promotions that then were snuffed due to acquisitions. -MBU middle management is biased / they have dug their claws in the organization by having an org structure that starts and end's with BlueChip resources so that they can push their own people to the top, and escape any accountability. -The costs of a therapist and medication because of this place.

      The teammates are very highly skilled IT professionals, creative, and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Because we all work remote by design, it's difficult to arrange face-to-face gatherings.
