      Pros

      Work / life balance is amazing and they are honest about it. The culture is very important to the company and they want their employees to be happy. 90% of the people are great to work with and everyone is so talented in what they do. Leadership is very transparent with the entire organization. This wasn't the case in the past, but it has gotten so much better with new leadership.

      Cons

      Wages could be more competitive. HR / Orientation was not great when I started, but it has significantly improved since then.

      Not many. Been here a while and it doesn't feel like i belong to collective.

      You get left at a district with very little contact. Feel forgotten in a way
