      Not your father's sales job

      Pros

      Complicated multi-vendor high end tech sales job. Not much time to produce. Good pre and post sales support. Lots of teamwork. I wasn't good enough for this job. You need to bring a solid book of business because they will do little spoon feeding of accounts.

      Cons

      Very competitive. Other sales reps are snakes and can't be trusted.

      Very dedicated and talented IT engineers, trainers and internal admin support - exceptional teamwork experience.

      Cons

      Communication from Sr. management re expectations, performance, and improvement opportunities was slow or lacking.

      good tech experience with new technologies. many clients to work at to learn tech and personal skills. personal relationships good also.

      Cons

      some good people left. don't get enough time with other employees no way to get to know them enough. training not available for some.
