      Pros

      Core BTS has a solid reputation with a solid customer base. Each employee takes an active approach to supporting each other and their clients. The work life allows for good flexibility with family and personal challenges. They do not hawk over you to mke sure you are sitting at your desk, instead, they offer the maneuverability helping to tackle any issues, professionally or privately. Great executive team.

      Cons

      The environment is always on. It is typical for days to fly by without even noticing how fast they go. if you don't stop once in a while and look around, you might just miss the day.

      Great place to start if you got limited options

      Pros

      If this is your first gig and need a place to get in the door and all that. You will cap out quick if you are good due to the client base among other issues.

      Cons

      Mainly just an overall lack of understanding by management of how unnecessarily tough they make their consultants job. If you read the employee handbook and take a look at a switch closet and still think the employees are the problem I won't stop you.
