      Pros

      Open door policy Growing at a steady pace Solid Partnerships Employee growth Friendly culture All in all a positive place to work for those who are willing to put in the effort, be creative and are adaptable to their environment.

      Cons

      If you put in the time and effort here you will be rewarded. Working at a fast pace or making extra efforts should not be considered a downside. That is the reality of the IT world. If you can't keep up or adapt to a company that is trying to be innovative across all markets and technologies then that is a con to you not the company.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Management is very caring and tries to do what they can to retain employees. Open door policy, the CEO will talk with anyone and will take what they say to heart.

      Cons

      Fast changing pace of IT makes everyone have to learn new thing quickly. We are always evolving in the field of IT and need to keep up.

      Pros

      Good stepping stone as they will allow (force) you to cover all technologies regardless of expertise.

      Cons

      More interested in project management getting in the way so they can control the engineers than actually getting the job done. Lots of travel to strange and boring places. Constantly trying to invent ways to nickel and dime its employees proof of toll receipts, per meal per diem cap, employees not allowed to book their own hotel rooms, not allowed to use personal car for long distance drives. Management pretends they are interested in training and work/life balance until the time comes then they disappoint.
