Core BTS is loaded with good people, has presence in a diverse geography, holds great partnerships and growing client base

Cons

relatively low brand recognition in the New York metroploitan area which is packed with entrenched high-end competitors

Pros

Management has no idea what they are doing so you can pretty much get away with anything.

Cons

No future. Fired CEO and CTO/COO one with any technical understanding runs the company. So many problems at core had to pick one thing to dislike more then any other. Comp plan makes no sense Sales and Services work against each other. If you make too much you won't get a bonus and if deserve a raise good luck. They have a salary cap. Medical benefits are the worst I've ever seen
