Pros
I felt fortunate to get a job here at the bottom of the economy in late 2009 but I didn't think I'd stay due to the commute. Four plus years later I'm still here and it's the best company that I've worked for. The environment keeps you stimulated and keeps your skills growing. Everyone here seems smart, talented, and motivated to pull together for our common goals. It's a fast paced environment but there is time for fun, ie., foosball and ping pong competitions, sports bracket challenges and gathering in the sports bar-like 'fun zone' to cheer on the US in the World Cup. The new location in an up and coming area of Playa Vista is a real plus.
Cons
The work day can be more than a typical 8 hours but in today's competitive landscape and in a 24 by 7 Internet environment that is to be expected, par for the course. The 'unlimited' vacation time is a concept that puts the onus on the individual employee to manage their time off so planning and coordination with your management is essential.
