Pros

Free breakfast on Fridays. Ideal for single employees since they always have happy hours and activities for entire summer. There is unlimited vacation but it is a fiction, you can only take it based on manager's approval and that is based on available resources. In general employees take 4 weeks vacation- that is not unlimited. Free Staples tickets.

Cons

Very fast paced environment and people's plan always gets interrupted by end of day. They would ask you to work early morning, lunch time or late evening to address production issues which happens in regular basis sometimes twice a week. You dont really have an option to not work on those unusual hours due to less manpower. Not ideal environment for people with family. Oftentimes your family time gets interrupted. Incompetitive salary. Quick turnover. They keep hiring and people keep leaving. The free tickets goes to whoever HR likes. They raffle it in private and sometimes just privately emails the winners sometimes it is the same winners!Even HR 'wins' the free tickets- what a coincident?

Pros

They provide a great training program that lets you learn about what every department in the company is working on. Co-workers are cream of the crop, the phrase work hard play hard definitely applies. Outside of your daily job functions, you can still work and propose new ideas that improve the company bottom line and be appreciated for it. Unlimited vacation time provided you can set things up for your role without everything crumbling in your absence. Full benefits, 401k matching, some potential company equity for high-performing employees, company phone

Cons

Nothing stands out, mid-size company so you have to figure things out on your own occasionally but that can easily be a pro to some.

Pros

Senior leadership recognizes and rewards hard work and effort. Flexible time schedule, Employees open to sharing knowledge and collaboration. HR partners with employees for training and assisting in optimizing team performance. Fun parties, Breakfast on Fridays Low cost vending machines. Employees get a chance to see games and Concerts at Staples Center from a really nice Box Suite. Kid friendly.

Cons

Understaffed IT support, They do a great job but maybe need more help for faster turn-around times on issues. Not too many cons to speak of. They'll ask you "what do you think?" and then they'll actually listen and maybe even try out your ideas. There's another restroom on the next floor and there are plans for a larger space for the team in the near future. :)
