Bad leadership, terrible products... but great for coasting!

Incredible company for coasting undetected. Most CDM employees could have second full-time jobs and nobody would notice

Cons

Core Digital Media is led by leadership so bad it's comical to see them in action. For a while we even had two CEOs, one focused on short term goals and the other one on long term strategy... just like The Office! The company's financials are completely autocorrelated with the mortgage market, which means it does not produce any value. CDM has failed to launch a single successful product in a decade, with every new launch being a little more terrible and comical than the previous one. There's a an entire layer of old timers with no marketable skills that have found their early retirement home. Truly amazing!

No real business growth in the last few years. - Leadership lacks vision to grow the business, same ideas recycled over and over again. - Too much dependency on its parent company - financially and strategically. - Too many old timers hinders growth for new comers. - Long tenures of senior leaders have made them complacent. - Remote work is not organically encouraged.
