      Pros

      It was initially fully remote, but later changed to 3-4 days a week onsite.

      Cons

      Working onsite, office was empty when you did work onsite. Management decided to renovate the office amidst the pandemic despite no one clamoring to get back into the office. No one seemed to be able to tell the CEO "no" despite not agreeing in private with his calls.

      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed how supportive, proactive, and fast paced team members were. The atmosphere felt more like solving issues with your good friends. Loved working at Core.

      Cons

      There were times when the alignment of future goals and current needs were off. With the way the mortgage market ebbs and flows, times got tough.
