Pros

Descent pay for my area and was close to home.

Cons

Bonne terre location has terrible management. They don't care about employees at all. They have 2 driver routes and have been through approximately 8 drivers in the past year and a half. Every one of them will tell you that it's not a bad job. They only left because of the supervisor. They will lie to you to get you to hire on like alot of other cdl jobs but they continue to lie to try to get you to stay as long as they can. Alot of false promises with no follow through.

No work life balance

Work independently and great benefits

Cons

No work life balance, expect you to cover and fix other departments mistakes, no accountability, very stressful, puts more on their sales reps then they can actually finish in a 8 -10 day, management calls you when you are off on vacation, sick, and out on leave to discuss work issues and your customers have no boundaries. As a Sales Representative they expect you to help out with deliveries, resets, picking orders, handling credits, and providing IT support for your customers.

Pros

Unless you're in the front office or management, there are none.

Cons

Everything you can think of. We would give bonuses to everyone who didn't work in the warehouse. Literally. One year, we gave them Tshirts (which we give out 1 or 2 times a year ANYWAY) and old candy off the floor. We don't care about the people who do the most work for us. I've seen people literally give their entire lives to this company only to have that person's salary bypassed by a person who comes in and leaves within a month or two. This I wonder how the CEO of this company sleeps at night...oh wait, on the blood, sweat, and dollars all of the "little people" make for them.
