      Pros

      Independent driving where no one bothers you as long as you do your job.

      Cons

      The union is not effective and should be removed from trans. Drivers will get jealous of you if they find out you are making more than them. Management lies a lot. Lifespan of a manager, president and supervisor is 3 years. They lead through fear and intimidation instead of by example of how to do the job right. Watch out for some drivers that are only looking to find out what you are making by asking you how many hours you worked. Be aware of everyone; you never know who's who in there; since everyone is a two face.

      Benefits Core Values- if they actually adhere to them

      Cons

      Constant management turnover Silo style- slim to no teamwork The strong people that are into team unity, observing and adhering to core values and genuinely care are picked off by management for not being in the cool club
