Always get my 40 hours. Incentive is good and highest hourly warehouse wages I found in San Antonio.

Cons

Overtime sometimes isn't available. Sometime it is though.

Pros

-Family oriented atmosphere; truly a company that puts the employee first -High morale in all Depts. leadership team is on the frontlines and is always visible. Not the kind of company where our concerns are not addressed - Management team is very involved in the day to day operations and are genuine in their actions to make the working environment great - I'm always motivated and happy to go to work because of the camaraderie - Incentive pay for performance - One of the best health packages I've ever seen

Cons

Some of the software used on the warehouse is outdated
