Pros

--Working in many different locations, not boring --Promote from within --Company is well-established, stable employment --Good health insurance, sick pay, vacation, and other benefits once past probation --Opportunities for those who work best without direct supervision or as part of a team

Cons

--Working conditions: some stores are not clean --Good employees pick up slack for bad employees making the same amount of money --Hours available are not always consistent --Technology for employees in field is functional, but decades past obsolete

Pros

There are no positive things about working for this company.

Cons

Terrible work environment. Upper management showed little or no concern for hourly associates. As a former supervisor, I recommend staying as far away as possible.

Pros

Benefits. I like the fact that I have a flexible schedule and that I work by myself not having breathing down my neck all the time.

Cons

Mileage Reimbursement that's pay good. Having to set stores with a rude co-worker.
