      Pros

      There aren't. Everything that made that place a good place to work is gone.

      Cons

      Missing key personal in every department. Barely any meaningful communication on job assignments. Zero SOP, all training is done verbally.

      Great benefits and decent pay

      Flexibility when after 90 days to change schedule or shift, work life balance is okay and pay, along with benefits

      Cons

      Long hours, lots of work to do, if you’re not quick you won’t last

      5 star facility. Insurance fairly good. Pay can be good.

      Management is not there yet. They have alot to learn about managing people
