      Terrible Company to work for!!

      They are no pros now with the new management at the Tampa, Fl Opco

      Cons

      Management is horrible, it started out great but then they moved the best president & Sales Director and the 2 they brought in are micro-managers. The whole sales team is disappointed and looking for new jobs!

      Pros

      Has pretty decent benefits provides plenty of free lunches. Invest 6% into 401k and they will match half of that

      Cons

      No guaranteed work schedule usually means very long hours in undesirable areas resulting in key employees suffering
