Pros

Great regionals, overall good concise and inspiring company values and goals, very good compensation packages.

Cons

Continuously cutting staff and support while raising expectations and workload. Very little or last-minute communication in regards to changes to workflow, processes, or staffing. No respect for work-life balance or mental health. It's very apparent that anyone above a regional has not worked onsite in years, if ever. We need hands. Too many head chefs, not enough people actually cooking.

We acknowledge the challenges that come with change and are actively working to improve communication and balance workloads. Our leaders remain committed to staying connected to on-site teams and ensuring every voice is heard, as demonstrated by our strong opinion survey results.
