      It’s a paycheck, fairly competitive salary.

      Cons

      The corporate environment is characterized by micromanaging, hindering individual growth and development. Employees feel constrained to rigidly follow prescribed methods, limiting opportunities for independent thought and exploration. A culture fostering open communication and embracing diverse perspectives might prove more productive, instead of being called into a meeting with management every time you disagree on something. The high employee turnover rate suggests potential areas for improvement in fostering staff satisfaction.

We do recognize that sometimes a leader's approach to check-in on progress may be perceived as overly prescriptive when a team member has performance opportunities. Regarding turnover, it is significantly below the industry benchmark, and the last employee opinion survey, almost 9 out of 10 team members noted Core Spaces as a good place to work.
