“Fun” Culture that lacks professionalism

Pros

_They really care about being perceived as fun- if that’s important to you

Cons

_Poor management, leaders lack experience in managing people and it shows _Claim to be innovative and that’s laughable. They claim to be hybrid, but if you don’t come into the office every day you won’t succeed. They aren’t remote because no one knows how to lead a remote team. How innovative can you be if you cannot manage remote workers? _Everyone pays too much attention to what everyone else is doing, and not enough on what they are supposed to be doing. You’ll get micromanaged so hard and then blamed for your managers mistakes. _HR keeps pushing Glassdoor reviews when they should be fixing the problems

Thanks for this feedback. We hope you will reach out to People Operations with the concerns you have noted. We also encourage team members to speak to their manager's leader if their concerns are not being heard. It's tough for leaders to help when they have not been informed of a current challenge. We hope that you will bring forth your concerns so we can fix the problem. Please note that 50% of corporate positions are remote.

Pros

Core Spaces is probably one of the friendliest companies for new grads to start and get their foot in the door of whatever fields anyone wants to step in.

Cons

I haven't had any problems, and can't speak for other departments in the company as I'm not working with them.
