It's great to hear that our clear promotional path and internal promotions are making a positive impact. Regarding your concern about accountability at the corporate level, we genuinely appreciate your honesty. We recognize the importance of taking responsibility and will strive to improve in this area to better support our property level staff.

Core is a Scam

Pros

Good Benefits If your corporate your initial salary will be good (operations not so much)

Cons

The leadership at Core is there because they love feeling power and telling people what to do. Not because they're good leaders. They waste investor money on poor side hustles disguised as “Oppurtunities” (New Here Coffee, CBX connect, whatever the Resio app is) instead of focusing on building good housing. Most good leaders are thrown out for holding the wannabe leaders accountable or they move on. You probably won’t have good annual raises because they don’t turn profits
