Pros

Managers are willing to work around a student's schedule. Excellent 20% rent discount if you live where you work. Typically work pace is quite relaxed. The work builds up lots of skills that are useful after graduation such as professionalism and Microsoft suite. Every holiday is a paid day off. Company culture is very warm and inclusive which differs from many other property management companies.

Cons

Residents and guarantors of residents can be incredibly difficult at times.
