-Training -Workplace Culture -Opportunity For Career Growth -Benefits Package -Easy to reach Network of Professionals Core Spaces provides you with all the tools and resources necessary to perform your job and clearly outlines your responsibilities for your specific role. They have optimized many processes for tasks like reporting and meetings to help minimize your workload as a manager.

Cons

-I would love to see more company wide opportunities for meet-ups and conferences. -The company metrics and goals when it comes to leasing and marketing don't always align and make sense with the property itself and the area's market. I think there should be more area specific metrics and goals rather than company wide standards.
