Thanks for sharing your experience. I know parents can be challenging at times, but please know it's for the love of their "kids" - it's hard to see them grow up before your eyes. Of course, you should never allow a parent to speak to you harshly. If that happens, please allow your Community Manager to handle the situation.

Decent commission, not much else though.

Cons

Corporate team is completely out of touch with their property locations. Pays the bare minimum to their employee's while price gouging their customers. Has endless pools of capital for fluffing and aesthetics but can't seem to find a spare penny to O.K. pay raises for property employees. Aside from a few select individuals, the higher ups at corporate could not care less about the employees on the lower rungs.

I love Core Spaces . They have offered me so much experience in so many facets of Property Management.

Cons

They expect far too much work for the pay and raises are rare unless it comes with a promotion.
