Ouch, this one hurts, as all of our communities are Class A, and our payscale is above market. I appreciate the skills you are learning along the way, and we hope you will tell us about the challenges you are experiencing so we can fix them. Please reach out to us as soon as you can at peopleops@corespaces.com so we can help. Thanks again for sharing!

Decent pay, awful incompetent management and lots of politics

Pros

Pay can be decent, depending on your role. Like anywhere else, you will find some good people. Your tenure or desire to stay will depend on your luck with who you work under.

Cons

Management is the most incompetent and toxic I've seen anywhere; constant gas lighting and blaming subordinates for the own decisions, mistakes and incompetency. Work life balance doesn't exist for non management layer; they have no idea what they ask of their employees or the amount of work and time involved to hit milestones. Unrealistic expectations reflective of lack of experience and competency in many verticals. Extremely high turnover, both voluntary and involuntary. Lack of ethics you will run in to at many real estate businesses or sale heavy organizations. Company pretends to squash toxicity but the reality fosters it from executive all the way down to middle management.

We wish you would have let us know that you were feeling this way. We do our best to stress work life balance, considering our 16 days of paid holidays, robust PTO or unlimited PTO programs, as well as no-meeting weeks and slow-down weeks, We hope you find happiness in your next venture, and wish you the best.
