      - Passionate, caring leaders that value their people - Everyone is collaborative from the new hires to executive leadership and everyone in between - Values are strong. There's a love for building properties that redefine student housing and shake up the markets were in - Flat organization, everyone is accessible, friendly, there because they want to be - Work hard, play hard mentality

      Pros

      1. Access to Instacart so can order all the snacks that I want. 2. Opportunity to learn and master new skills as you wear multiple hats. 3. Opportunity to join company health care policy. 4. Cell phone reimbursement. 5. Potential for internal growth within various departments.

      Cons

      There are a couple days a year where you need to put in long hours to meet company end goals. These time periods are during July and August, but other times of the year are very flexible. Great work life balance!
