      Pros

      Care about employees. Good leasing bonus especially because half of the residents move out every year because it is student living. Work around school schedule.

      Cons

      You may have to be On-Call for when students get locked out of their apartments.

      Pros

      Easy position if you're looking to get experience in sales, Easy to sale because its considered a luxury apartment and has a "roof top pool", Commission is a plus, free food, free campus shirts, they are usually considerate of your school schedule, events, or football games.

      Cons

      I worked here for at least a year. You have to work weekends, and you get yelled out by parents 24/7 because the apartment building ALWAYS have problems and has a bad reputation. Managers make you do everything, even there job. They make you work long hours for low pay. If you like to sit at a desk all day this position is perfect for you. You do not get a discount to live in the building at all, if you do its because you probably begged corporate for at least $50 off. Staff will more than likely talk about you behind your back and smile in your face. Good luck.
