Pros
Barghausen has been wonderful from the moment they reached out to me about an open position. The interview and onboarding process was smooth and everyone was so helpful. One of the coolest and best things about working here is how they really take care of the employees in all types of ways. There are a lot of fun team building activities for your department and company wide activities. The health insurance is at no cost to the employee unless you have dependents, which is almost unheard of nowadays and it really shows how much they appreciate the employees and want to retain them.
Cons
I am still fairly new to the company so I don't have any Cons, the only thing is in my specific department/position, I don't know if there is a career path for me to go on to be promoted and move up but that may change as the company grows.
