Lots of chaos in the district provided advancement opportunities

Lots of chaos, worked like a dog for years, basically zero recognition. Spent 4 years doing 3 people's jobs and literally never had anyone tell me I was doing a good job or that they appreciated the 60-70 hour weeks I was working.
