Pros

Great family oriented workplace where everybody knows and truly cares about everyone. Often times you run into the CEO and can feel very comfortable in a casual conversation with him. Beautiful building, great opportunities for training, the people are great to work with.

Cons

There is a lot of work to go around, in the meantime, we all work hard and as efficiently as possible. They need to be careful they don't burn out all o f their top people. Not a lot of women at the very top but a lot of very smart females.

Family atmosphere with opportunities to grow. Training and development is a major focus and the company is dedicated to the betterment of each associate, team and overall company. It is a great place to be now and in the future to grow your career!

Cons

We run lean - bad because there is always much to do; good because you get exposed to many different aspects of the business

* Great people on my team! Truly cared about each other. * Several of the senior managers are genuine and want to see associates succeed. * Compensation was fair .

Cons

Where to begin? * Corruption is lurking around every corner with this company. * Micromanagement, good ole boy society, shady business practices and gender discrimination, just to name a few. * Human Resources does not protect associates, rather looks the other way when grievances come their way. Job seeker beware!
