mon-fri 8-4:30 schedule. they don't fire anyone

Cons

just about everything, OSR's run everything. they have say over branch managers and DM's and are never wrong. lack of support from upper management. beat down meeting. no bonuses or commission so don't let them lie to you like they did me. and the benefits aren't any good.
