I was harassed and it was reported to HR and Management and neither did a thing about it. I had to quit.

Work from home and given autonomy on most projects.

Cons

No real autonomy. Cannot approve projects to move forward or anything of that nature that would be common in most other companies. No room for advancement. All of the company believes that they know better than our department.
