Career growth and opportunity are there if you want it. It's not uncommon for management or Outside Sales Reps to have started their careers in the warehouse or as a driver. National company but locally driven. Solid profit sharing and benefits.

Cons

Typically requires working overtime. Big corporation processes can be slow at times.
