Terrible work environment - corporate people are all that matters as well as upper management. Day to day people at the branch are treated awful and very underappreciated. They would rather waste money on "regional" meetings where all they did was drink and party then actually provide assistance or compensate employees for doing more than just their job. Because they will hire you, under pay you, and ask you to do others jobs, because thats how they operate!
