Company is growing steadily and is providing more opportunity for growth for employees. Working environment is pretty flexible and folks are generally friendly.

Cons

Diversity & Inclusion are still not a huge priority for the company, thus it still has sort of an "old boys club" vibe. Quite a few outdated, "traditional" practices exist and make it difficult to get things done efficiently and effectively.
