      Pros

      A company that invests back into the employee with many learning advantages and continuing education.

      Cons

      Hard to move up and the best person for the position may not always be the one hired when you get the chance for a higher position.

      Pros

      I have nothing to share positive from my time working at Core and Main.

      Cons

      It was all a lie. I never have had someone lie to get me to work for them. Then, as cruelly as possible, make sure that I know there is notihng more than what I was doing. This is the worst managment I have ever seen. I have worked in fortune 500 companies for many years. Core and Main will have a very rude awakening at some point, now that they went public. I can't wait.

      Strong growth. Leadership is strong Great working with the team. People are great.

      I don't have a lot of cons. All companies have some cons and it would really depend on which team your in and your role. It's different for everyone.
