Pros

Friendly Co-Workers, Friendly Customers, Really decent place to work over-all. Good work load but can be a bit mundane.

Cons

Raises are not the best, Bonus structure is even worse and not clearly defined. Company has potential to be elite corporation but does so at the expense of employees it seems. Management can be fickle but no company is perfect.
