•Very cutthroat culture •Extremely poor and inexperienced management •Any expression of concerns or frustration about the politics, favoritism, lack of accountability are chalked up as the employee having a bad attitude. I've seen their West Jordan, Ut branch lose a few very good employee's to the competition because of these very reasons. And trust me there are more but these are their biggest ones.
