      Management is laid back. Not micromanaged. Company vehicle, Corp card, good benefits.

      Not going to get rich quick. This business requires building relationships which takes years to acquire.

      Pros

      This company really cares about its employees. They give you great online training right off the bat, you’re entitled to up to two weeks of vacation within the very first year, the compensation is very fair according to the market, the culture is amazing.

      Cons

      It is a corporate business. They are very structured and rolls oriented. If you were disciplined though, this will not be an issue.
